Dr.
Emslie joined the Graduate College as Dean in the Fall of 2004.
His responsibilities include the oversight of the various functions
and activities of the Graduate College. In addition to his position
as Dean, Dr. Emslie is a Professor in the Physics Department; his
principal field of research is the study of energy transport in
solar flares.

Dr. Payton joined the Graduate College as Associate Dean in May 2006. Among his responsibilities as Associate Dean is the matriculation of graduate students and overseeing the plan of study and thesis/dissertation processes. He holds the title of Professor of Statistics and has been a faculty member in the department since 1991. As a statistician, Dr. Payton does collaborative research with faculty members and graduate students on campus from many of the OSU academic colleges.

Dr. Satterfield joined the Graduate College staff in Spring 2000. He has been at OSU since 1990. He completed his doctoral degree in Occupational and Adult Education in 1999. His job duties include supervising graduate recruiting activities, admissions staff and the admission processes.

Mr. Heppler coordinates the specifics of the Graduate College recruiting program, orientation programs, student advising, and many other activities for students. He has his Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling and has been with the Graduate College since 1997.

Dr. Mathew currently assists students with the admission process and acts as the DSO issuing I20s. She supervises the international and domestic admissions process, coordinates with OSU-Tulsa graduate admissions, and oversees the admission of graduate extension students.

Richard joined our staff in summer 2006.He is responsible for assisting faculty, staff and students with plans of study and the matriculation process. Richard earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Philosophy from OSU. He is married with four children.

One of Ms. Kennedy's primary responsibilities is to manage graduate student waivers at the university. Her B.S. Degree is in Family Relations and Child Development. She joined the Graduate College in September 2000.

Rosslyn joined the Graduate College in fall 2005. She coordinates student requests for an extension of time to complete a program, Graduate Commencement, Research Symposium, Research Excellence Awards, and assists the Graduate Council.

Treva joined the Graduate College Staff in March of 1990. She has a cumulative 24 years total at OSU. She is responsible for assisting Domestic and International students with their admission process and also assisting departmental staff and faculty. Treva enjoys her work at OSU and continues to help and assist students in every way she can and feels her job is very rewarding.

Angela assists prospective and current graduate students, faculty and staff via literature, phone calls and e-mail. She joined the office in spring 2005.

Jennifer assists with all the Graduate College's recruiting efforts.

Cheryl joined the Graduate College Staff in 2006. She is responsible for assisting Domestic and International students with their admission process and also assisting departmental staff and faculty.

Jaylene joined the Graduate College Staff in 2007. She assists with various projects including application fees processing and tuition waivers.

Susan joined the Graduate College Staff in 2008. She is responsible for assisting Domestic and International students with their admission process and also assisting departmental staff and faculty.

Natalia joined the Graduate College Staff in 2008. She is responsible for assisting Domestic and International students with their admission process and also assisting departmental staff and faculty.

Mr. Christensen returned to his alma mater in the spring of 2008 to enhance the graduate student experience on the OSU-Tulsa campus. Aaron serves as the Graduate College liaison, available to assist students in Tulsa with plans of study, matriculation processes, and thesis/dissertation submissions. He is also active in graduate student recruiting. Aaron has a Master of Science degree in International Studies from OSU and serves as advisor to the OSU-Tulsa International Student Organization.
