  Name: Hagley Museum and Library, Center for the History of Business, Technology, and Society: Henry Belin Du Pont Dissertation Fellowship  
     
  Purpose: Annual award to support doctoral candidates conducting dissertation research, when the research would benefit from use of Hagley's research collections. Fellows are in residence at Hagley Museum and Library for 4 months.  
     
  Field: Studies related to American economic, business, industrial, and technological history.  
       
  Eligibility: Doctoral candidates who have completed all coursework and who are engaged in dissertation research that would benefit from use of the Hagley research collections. There is no citizenship requirement for applicants. Fellows are expected to participate in seminars and other public programs held at Hagley. Fellows give a seminar at the end of their residency and provide Hagley with a copy of their final dissertation.  
       
  Amount: Fellows receive a stipend of $6,000, on-site housing, and an office with computer and internet access for a 4-month period.
