Getty Education Institute for the Arts: Graduate Student Internship Program

Purpose:

Annual full-time internships at the Getty for graduate students who intend to pursue careers in fields related to the visual arts.

Field:

Arts and humanities - programs and departments throughout the Getty provide training and work experience in areas such as curatorial, education, conservation, research, information management, public programs, and grantmaking.

Eligibility:

Students must be currently enrolled in a graduate program leading to an advanced degree in a field relevant to the internship(s) for which they are applying or have recently completed a relevant graduate degree. No citizenship requirements.

Amount:

$17,400 for 8 months; $26,000 for 12 months. Health benefits included and educational travel allowance available.
