Traveling to Stillwater
By Car: Please see the information on our map page for directions to OSU.
Flying: You can fly into either Tulsa or Oklahoma City. Both cities are served by most national carriers. It is about a one hour drive from Tulsa or Oklahoma City to Stillwater.
On Wednesday February 17, if you fly into Tulsa, we can arrange for a shuttle to meet you at the Tulsa airport, drive you to Stillwater, and return you to the Tulsa airport for your return flight. You must pre-arrange the pick-up with our office. Please contact Jennifer Smith about your arrival time to schedule your pick-up and return. The shuttle will be available on Wednesday, February 17 from 9:00 am until 7:30 pm.
We will also provide a shuttle back to the Tulsa airport on Friday, February 19. The shuttle will leave Stillwater at 12:15 pm and arrive at the Tulsa airport at 2:00 pm. Please plan your return flight accordingly.
If you fly into Oklahoma City, you will have to arrange for ground transportation to Stillwater.
Car Rentals: If you are flying into either Oklahoma City or Tulsa and require a rental vehicle, either airport have national rental companies on-site.
Lodging in Stillwater
We have secured lodging at two local hotels: Both hotels have rooms with double beds for $99 plus tax for approximately $111. |

Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservations and mention “McNair Conference” to get the negotiated rate. We will run shuttles on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning, Thursday evening, and Friday morning between the hotels and the OSU Student Union for those staying in the Cimarron Hotel. | We also can offer you accommodations in one of the on-campus residence halls. The cost is $25 per night, double occupancy. The number of rooms available is limited.
