Graduate Faculty Database: This is the official collection of all Oklahoma State Graduate Faculty. Students are suggested to use the above link to check the status of the graduate faculty before completing the form. Students may perform a search for individuals or may view by an entire department.

- Graduate Certificate Plan of Study - must be submitted at completion of certificate requirements
- Master's Degree Plan of Study - must be submitted prior to completion of 17 credit hours
- Specialist in Education Plan of Study - must be submitted prior to completion of 17 credit hours
- Doctoral Degree Plan of Study - must be submitted prior to completion of 28 credit hours
